This condominium is one of only eight available penthouse units within Hacienda de Mita, and of the eight, with one of the most panoramic and private views. To the east is the coastline of Los Ranchos and Costa Banderas while to the west are the Marietas islands. And on a clear day you can see all the way to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Penthouse with 3,500 sq. feet of living area, was recently extensively furnished and includes artwork from some of Mexico’s and Vallarta’s favorite emerging artists. Following the theme of a hacienda, the woodwork has been aged to look like it actually was initially from a Mexican hacienda. Doorways are tall with solid wood doors, all closets are spacious and ample, built with exceptional craftsmanship. Ceilings are vaulted with wide wood beams and featured throughout the living room, dining room and all three bedrooms. A fourth room serves as either a servant’s quarters, storage room or even a fourth bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen includes Wolf and SubZero appliances, a center island and extensive woodwork and cabinetry. The covered terrace is very large, actually doubling the size of the living room when the sliding glass doors are open, hidden behind their pocket enclosures offering a seamless grand sala. One of the best surf breaks of Punta Mita is right in front, great for enjoying watching the surfers or participating yourself. And the village of Anclote is right next door making it simple to walk to local restaurants and stores.

Each beach front building has only eight units and each has its own large swimming pool. As well, there is a beach clubhouse close by for all the owners with a full kitchen, massage and change rooms and a large swimming and lounge area. The private, gated entrance to the development is lined with palms and gardens.
